Privacy Policy

We collect the information you choose to give us when you fill in one of our forms:

• Enquiry and contact forms: your name, email address, phone number, course of interest, and message.
• Admission application form: your full name, address, state, city, mobile number, email address, chosen course, and how you heard about SIDI.
• Academic details on the application form: your school or college, highest class, percentage, occupation, and any other programme you are enrolled in.

We also collect limited usage information, such as the pages you visit and general device and browser details, through the analytics tools described below.

Our forms do not ask for card or bank details. If you pay a fee through a payment provider, that provider handles your payment details under its own terms.

• To reply to your enquiries and messages.
• To review and process your admission application.
• To contact you by phone, email, SMS, or WhatsApp about admissions, programmes, and related updates.
• To understand how our services are used and to improve them.
• To keep our services secure and meet our legal obligations.

We store a small amount of information on your device to remember when you last visited and whether you closed the enquiry pop-up, so that it is not shown repeatedly. Analytics tools may also use cookies. You can clear this data or block cookies in your browser or device settings.

Some features of our services rely on third parties, which have their own privacy policies:

• Google Analytics, to measure how our services are used.
• Google Maps and embedded Instagram videos, which load content from those providers.
• WhatsApp and social media platforms, when you follow a link to them.
• Hosting and database providers, which store and serve our services on our behalf.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that help us run our services, or where the law requires us to.

We keep your information only for as long as we need it for the purposes above, including admission records and legal requirements. We use reasonable safeguards to protect it, but no method of transmitting or storing data online is completely secure.

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to stop contacting you, by emailing [email protected]. Please include the name and phone number or email address you used on the form so that we can find your details. We may keep information that we are legally required to retain.

Our services are intended for prospective students and their families. If you are under 18, please use our forms with the involvement of a parent or guardian. If you believe a child has given us personal information without this consent, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
